Refunds can be requested after payment but before shipping. No refunds are allowed after shipping. After submitting a refund request, our staff will review it within 1-3 business days.
All refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment. If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
