MapleStory: Idle RPG Top Up — Blue Diamonds and Packs
Buy Blue Diamonds or an available MapleStory: Idle RPG pack through BuffHub. Our staff log in to your designated game account and complete the selected purchase. From building your companion lineup to tackling dungeons and changing your character’s look, your priorities can shift as you progress. Before ordering, decide whether you want a Blue Diamond balance to spend later or a particular pack already available in your character’s shop.
Choose a Blue Diamond Top-Up or a Specific Pack
Blue Diamonds give you room to decide later
If you are still comparing shop offers, select the amount of Blue Diamonds you want to add. After the top-up, you decide how to spend them on eligible in-game products.
Check the Blue Diamonds included per product, the number of units ordered and the checkout total separately. A Blue Diamond purchase does not automatically include another pack, and balances of other currencies do not count toward the amount due from this order.
For packs, match the contents as well as the price
Check the complete pack name, contents and availability in your game shop. Different packs can share a price, so a price alone does not identify what you want.
When ordering a pack option listed by monetary value, specify the intended pack. A screenshot should show its name, price and purchase restrictions, including any stage, version or remaining purchase limit.
If a pack includes summoning resources, the order covers the listed resources and benefits. Summoning outcomes follow the game’s rules; a specific companion, weapon or rarity is not guaranteed.
Make Sure the Purchase Reaches the Right Character
Before staff access your account, identify the character receiving the purchase. This is especially important if you use different sign-in methods or play on more than one server. Prepare:
- Sign-in method and required details: Confirm that the method opens the intended account, then provide the information requested for processing.
- Server and character: Check the server, character name and any identification details requested with the order.
- Product availability: Confirm the Blue Diamond amount, or the pack’s full name, availability and remaining purchase allowance.

Provide details and coordinate access
Submit the requested information and watch for staff messages. Follow the instructions if account verification is needed. If you need to sign out temporarily, confirm the arrangement first.

Let staff complete the purchase
Avoid switching the receiving character or buying the same limited-purchase pack during processing. Tell staff promptly if you have already bought it, your account status changes or you want to amend the order.

Check the completed order
After receiving completion confirmation, sign in to the designated character and check the Blue Diamond balance or pack benefits. If anything differs, keep screenshots and provide your order number and product name instead of placing a duplicate order.

I was signed out during processing. Should I log back in immediately?
Check whether staff are currently handling your order and follow the agreed access arrangements. Being signed out alone does not show that the top-up failed. Avoid repeated login attempts; if an error appears, save the message and contact support.
Why can’t I claim every reward after purchasing a pass?
Read that pass’s claim conditions. Some rewards require progress, levels, tasks or daily claims; purchasing paid access does not complete those requirements. Distinguish rewards you have not unlocked from paid access that has not activated. For an activation issue, provide the order details and a screenshot of the pass.
Will an expired limited-time pack be replaced automatically?
Do not assume a substitute will be purchased. If the intended pack disappears before completion, contact BuffHub to confirm the order status and available next steps. Another pack at the same price can have different contents and eligibility conditions, so it needs a separate check.
