To earn Season Points (SP) fast in FC 27, start with objectives you can finish in short sessions before settling into repeated Ultimate Team matches. Manager Live challenges and Player Career highlights offer two routes toward OTW Maxence Lacroix at Season 1 Premium Pass Level 7. The target is 7,000 SP, and claiming the card also requires access to the premium reward track.
The biggest time-saving decision is knowing when you can simulate. Manager Live challenges can accept simulated results, Player Career highlights let you complete individual match targets, and the Manager Career weekly task requires five full matches. Use the right approach for each objective so a quick shortcut does not turn into a session that earns no progress.
Which SP Tasks Should You Finish First?
Begin with Manager Live if you are happy to advance calendars and manage simulated results. Choose Player Career highlights first if you would rather complete brief passages of football yourself. Together, their weekly objectives provide 2,250 SP; the better starting point depends on which kind of task you prefer, since transfers and match results can change how long Manager Live takes.
| SP Method | Available SP | What Counts Toward Completion |
|---|---|---|
| Manager Live weekly objectives | 1,000 SP total | Three completed live challenges; simulated results can satisfy challenge conditions |
| Player Career weekly objectives | 500 SP plus a 750 SP group reward | 10 qualifying individual match objectives, including those completed through highlights |
| Ultimate Team match SP | Up to 850 SP per day | Eligible Ultimate Team matches |
| Ultimate Team Foundations | Multiple individual SP rewards | The requirements listed in each introductory objective group |
| Manager Career weekly task | 1,200 SP total | Five full matches played on the same save |
Clear these weekly objectives once, collect their rewards, and move to another unfinished source. Replaying Career activities after completing the associated SP tasks does not turn them into an unlimited farming loop. Ultimate Team match SP serves a different purpose: it gives you a daily allowance to work toward after those objective rewards have been collected.
Three Manager Live Challenges to Clear First
The weekly Manager Live objective awards 600 SP for three completed challenges, followed by a 400 SP group reward. Choose or create a manager, then look for Transfer Savvy, Winning Start, and Top at Christmas. Each needs a different approach: one completed sale, a controlled run of results, and a longer calendar simulation.
Transfer Savvy: Wait for the Sale to Finalize
Transfer Savvy requires at least $1 million in transfer profit. Select an authentic club such as Arsenal, advance until offers arrive, and accept a suitable outgoing deal in the Transfer Hub. The main delay is getting a transfer completed: agreeing to a bid does not finish the challenge if the player refuses the move. Keep advancing until a sale is finalized, and try another offer or player if negotiations fall through.
Winning Start: Protect Your Unbeaten Run
For Winning Start, you need three wins in your starting league by September 13 on the in-game calendar while recording no losses. Use Arsenal with Beginner difficulty and three-minute halves for this route. Play the opening minutes, score two or three goals, then simulate the remainder of the match.

Quick Sim skips more active play, but a defeat can spoil the attempt. Building a lead first gives you some control over the result before handing the match over, although it still cannot guarantee the finish. Count league victories separately from cup or European wins, and continue checking the challenge status until completion registers.
Top at Christmas: Simulate with PSG and Watch the Table
For Top at Christmas, select Paris Saint-Germain and set Board Expectations to No Sacking. Keep Beginner difficulty and three-minute halves available in case you need to take over a fixture, decline the preseason invitation, and advance through the calendar toward December 25. Messages and player issues can interrupt the simulation, so this route still needs occasional input.
Watch the league table rather than judging the run only by defeats. An unbeaten PSG can still have a rival close behind if too many matches end in draws. If first place looks uncertain, play upcoming fixtures to pursue the points you need. After reaching the target date at the top, advance as necessary until the challenge completion notification appears.
Use Player Career Highlights for 10 Match Objectives
The Player Career task asks for 10 individual match objectives, not 10 matches. Completing it awards 500 SP, with another 750 SP available from the group reward. Because one appearance can satisfy several targets, highlights let you make progress without playing every fixture from kickoff to the final whistle.
Start a new Player Career using current squads and Play as Real Player. Choose a player with substitute status, set Beginner difficulty and three-minute halves, then advance toward the first fixture. Watch the squad-status bar while moving through the calendar. If it drops, add and simulate training drills to help maintain the substitute role used for this approach.
Enter the highlights option that gives you control of your selected player, then pause to inspect the objectives. A completed pass, a goal, and a required match rating can all be separate targets, so knowing the list helps you use each highlight well. Read the enhanced requirement too; satisfying the basic target may not satisfy its higher version.
Use the weekly objective counter to track your total. A post-match screen showing three completed targets may add only two to the weekly task. Check after each appearance instead of assuming that four matches will be enough, and keep completing highlights until the counter reaches 10.
Work Around the 850 SP Daily Match Cap
Eligible Ultimate Team matches provide 15–100 SP each, depending on mode and result, up to a daily match-SP cap of 850. That cap makes your next unfinished objective more useful once the match allowance is exhausted: objective SP remains available outside it. Before starting another run of games purely for Season Points, check how much match SP you have already earned that day.
Use Squad Battles at a manageable difficulty if you prefer AI opponents, or work through Rivals if online matches are already part of your session. Neither route guarantees the daily cap in a fixed number of games because payouts vary. Match your choice to the unfinished SP objectives you can complete at the same time, rather than switching modes without a specific task in mind.
Combine Foundations with Daily and Weekly Tasks
In Foundations, open Total Football and inspect the tasks attached to your chosen starter league. These groups contain player rewards and individual SP payouts, so check both the task list and the group reward before starting. Work on requirements that overlap with your planned matches, then return to any unfinished conditions that need separate attention.
Daily play-and-score tasks can fit into the same session, while Seasonal Objectives include targets such as scoring 16 goals and playing 12 matches. Track what remains rather than treating each objective as a separate grind. If a match qualifies for several tasks, it can move those counters forward alongside its own SP payout.

Mode restrictions still apply to individual tasks, so read the FC Hub requirement before trying to finish a counter elsewhere. Newly added player objectives also deserve a quick reward check: pursue them for this grind only when SP is actually listed. A player reward by itself does not close the gap to Level 7.
Manager Career Needs Five Full Matches
Set aside roughly 30–40 minutes for the Manager Career weekly group’s 1,200 SP. All five matches must be played out on the same save, using Beginner difficulty and three-minute halves for this approach. Unlike the Manager Live routes above, scoring early and simulating the finish does not replace a full match for this task.

The requirement is to play, so you do not need to protect a winning score. An early goal is optional; you can take possession and let the match run with little active input, while handling halftime and other prompts. This makes the task easier to fit into a longer session, but it is not fully unattended. Keep all five fixtures on that save until the objective registers completion.
Close the Remaining Gap to OTW Lacroix
Completing all three Career objective groups above provides 3,450 SP. Starting from zero, that leaves 3,550 SP to reach Level 7, before counting any Foundations, daily, weekly, or match SP already earned. Use your actual Season total to plan the remaining work; there is no need to finish every available method if you only want to reach Lacroix’s reward level.
At 7,000 SP, open the Season screen in the FC Hub and select the Level 7 reward. If Lacroix remains locked, check your edition and Premium Pass access: earning the required SP does not by itself grant the premium card. Once both the level and premium access requirements are met, claim the reward.
