It provides 713 Base ATK and 30% Anomaly Mastery. Its effect, Terminating Verdict, increases Ice DMG by 20% and boosts Abloom DMG by a staggering 35% at full stacks.
Premium Alternative | Fusion Compiler (S-Rank): A powerful secondary choice if you are missing the signature engine. With a 684 Base ATK and 24% PEN Ratio, it significantly boosts raw damage. During our field tests, the "Data Flood" effect proved highly effective—the 12% ATK increase combined with the stacking Anomaly Proficiency (up to 75 extra Proficiency when using Special Attacks) helps Promeia maintain high-pressure anomaly application.

Dual Anomaly Ice Burst (Promeia + Miyabi + Yuzuha)

In our beta clears, this "Dual-Core" team felt the absolute smoothest to play. It focuses on the synergy between Miyabi’s Frostburn and Promeia’s Abloom. Miyabi increases the squad's Anomaly Buildup by 20%, allowing Promeia to trigger rapid-fire Abloom procs. In return, these procs refill Miyabi’s Fallen Frost points, enabling constant Level 3 Shimotsuki slashes. Yuzuha glues the team together with a 20% Disorder DMG buff.

Ice Anomaly Stun Team (Promeia + Nangong Yu + Yuzuha)

We experimented heavily with Polarity setups, and this composition leverages Polarity Disorder perfectly. Nangong Yu triggers Disorder damage without clearing the enemy’s Ice anomaly, allowing Promeia to keep her Notes From the Chained buffs active throughout the fight. Promeia’s frequent Abloom triggers feed Nangong's core passive, resulting in a secondary Abloom burst with a massive 900% ratio.

Reliable Team (Promeia + Lycaon + Yuzuha)

On our F2P test accounts, this classic Stun-to-Burst rotation performed incredibly well. Von Lycaon provides a 35% Stun DMG multiplier and 25% Ice RES shred, creating the perfect window for Promeia’s 675% Abloom multiplier. Yuzuha provides up to 1,200 ATK via her Tanuki Wish, ensuring the floor of the team's damage remains high.

Key Cinema Node Analysis

Cinema 1: Restores Trial by Cold after an Ultimate and adds 15% DEF ignore. We found this essential for maintaining smooth rotations.
Cinema 2: The Major Power Spike. Proficiency increases by 60, and the Abloom multiplier increases by a massive 165%.
Cinema 4: Restores 5 Corrosive Chill every 0.5s when triggering Abloom. This finally allows Promeia to stay on-field as a sustained driver.
Cinema 6: Adds a special 200% Abloom multiplier and 15% All-Attribute RES Ignore. In our tests against Ice-resistant bosses, this allowed her to completely ignore elemental disadvantages.

Pulling Advice & Extraction Recommendations

For F2P Players: From our hands-on experience, C0 is perfectly sufficient thanks to her innate 40% DEF ignore. Promeia offers high baseline utility without needing heavy investment.
For Meta Chasers: The "Sweet Spot" is Cinema 2 + Signature W-Engine. During our pull-value analysis, Cinema 2 provided the most efficient damage-per-pull ratio in the current meta.

Q: Why is 140 Anomaly Mastery the target?: A: This is the activation point for her Prometheus passive. In our testing, any stat below this resulted in a significant loss of free Proficiency and squad-wide DMG buffs.
Q: Can I use her without an Ice team?: A: Yes. Because she can trigger Abloom from any Attribute Anomaly, we found she acts as a fantastic universal "Disorder" driver, though her personal damage definitely peaks in Ice-centric squads.
Q: Is her Cinema 2 better than her W-Engine?: A: Ideally, you want both. However, our damage calculations show that the 165% Abloom multiplier at C2 is generally a larger raw damage increase than the W-Engine alone.
