To master Starlight Billy, you must understand his unique HP management and stance-switching mechanics. In our early beta testing, we found that mastering the rhythm of his HP drain is what separates a good Billy player from a great one. He completely ignores traditional Attack (ATK) stats in favor of raw Max HP.

Core Passive: Knight's Resolve

This is the bread and butter of Starlight Billy's kit:

HP to Damage Conversion: Billy's unique stat, Sheer Force, scales directly off his Max HP (1 Max HP = 0.1 Sheer Force).
True Damage (Sheer DMG): All Physical DMG dealt by his skills is converted to "Sheer DMG." This damage completely ignores enemy DEF and uses his Sheer Force stat as the base multiplier.
Built-in Survival (Cheat Death): Taking fatal damage does not kill him. Instead, he negates the damage and gains a massive shield equal to 180% of his Max HP (Cooldown: 100 seconds).

Dual Stances: Bike Mode vs. Free Mode

[Bike Mode]: Entered via his Special Attack. Billy continuously drains his own HP but gains +30% CRIT DMG, 12% DMG reduction, and increased Anti-Interrupt. Dealing damage in this mode builds a [Heat] meter. At 100 Heat, his EX Special Attack upgrades to a massive nuke: Starlight Knight Flying Kick.
[Free Mode]: If his HP drops below 1% while in Bike Mode, he automatically reverts to Free Mode. In this stance, hitting enemies with specific attacks will restore his HP, allowing him to heal back up for another Bike Mode rotation.
