The game skips straight from Version 2.8 into the massive 3.0 update. The 3.0 Special Program has confirmed the release date:

Who Are the New Characters in the 3.0 Banners?
Version 3.0 introduces two new limited S-Rank Agents to the gacha banners, and one revolutionary new Agent given to all players for free. What to Expect from Velina's Banner?
Velina is the first-ever Wind Agent, and she introduces an entirely new Anomaly reaction to the game.
How Her Skills Work:
- Windswept & Vortex: When Velina fills the Anomaly gauge, she triggers Windswept instead of a standard Assault. If an enemy is simultaneously afflicted with Windswept and another Attribute Anomaly, it triggers Vortex instead of Disorder. Vortex resolves the non-Wind Anomaly, dealing AoE DMG of that attribute to nearby enemies.
- Cyclone Summons: Every time a Vortex is triggered, Velina summons a small Condensed Cyclone (on-field or off-field) and gains a Windbite stack. At 2 stacks, the next Vortex summons a powerful Sweeping Cyclone that deals massive AoE DMG. When cyclones dissipate, they trigger an Abloom explosion on Windswept enemies.
- Chromatic Tint / Contamination: When a Windswept enemy is first hit by another Attribute, they become Contaminated, increasing direct DMG for that attribute and Wind. If a Sweeping Cyclone hits a Contaminated enemy, it absorbs that element, changing color and dealing that attribute's DMG, while shredding enemy RES to both attributes.
- Combat Role: Velina is the ultimate Anomaly enabler and sub-DPS. She works best with another Anomaly Agent or same-attribute Agent to maximize her Vortex and cyclone damage. Use her EX Special to gain Windbloom, then hold Basic Attack to summon a Sweeping Cyclone and trigger a teammate's Quick Assist.
Phase 1 also features a rerun of Ye Shunguang and her exclusive W-Engine.
What to Expect from Norma's Banner?
If you love hyper-carry teams, Norma is a game-changer. This S-Rank Fire Stunner is an off-field Daze-building machine who cheats the system to force Chain Attacks.
How Her Skills Work:
- Preheated Chamber Resource: This is Norma's core resource. She gains it automatically while in combat. Critically, her hat jumps onto the field when she swaps out and continues to passively accumulate Preheated Chamber for her. When full, the hat dashes back to her to transfer the resource.
- Forced Chain Attacks: By consuming Preheated Chamber, Norma can convert a Quick Assist into a full Chain Attack, completely bypassing the need to stun an enemy first. This is her key to unlocking massive team burst windows.
- Turrets & EX Special: Her EX Special Attack unleashes a missile barrage. If the target isn't stunned, the missiles deal massive Daze. If the target IS stunned, the DMG skyrockets. The skill also deploys two auto-turrets that fire machine guns, switching to missiles when an enemy is stunned or a Chain Attack is triggered.
- Ultimate: Calls in tactical artillery for massive AoE Fire DMG and grants a huge amount of Preheated Chamber, letting her immediately force another Chain Attack.

What to Expect from Pyrois, the Free S-Rank Agent?
Pyrois is a permanent addition to every account and grows with the Proxy. This Ether Attack Agent has a one-of-a-kind combat style where the Proxy partners with them directly. You can even swap between Wise and Belle in the city, and their appearance will change in battle accordingly. Pyrois wields a form-shifting sword and introduces a completely new ultimate system.
- Four Ultimate Branches: Pyrois doesn't have just one ultimate. When Decibels reach a certain threshold, you can choose from four different Ultimates based on the situation:
- Total Annihilation (Upper Branch): A downward slash that grants Solar Prominence and enters the Mirage state, increasing Ultimate DMG to Stunned enemies.
- Triumphant Return (Lower Branch): An energy blast that enters the Sunflare state, buffing Energy Generation Rate and DMG.
- Unbound Swordstorm (Left Branch): Deals extra damage to Contaminated enemies.
- Eternal Imprisonment (Right Branch): Channels energy; if the heavy attack hits a Stunned enemy, it triggers the Totalize effect, dealing massive DMG but ending the Stun state immediately.

Think of Windswept as Velina's special Wind Anomaly. When an enemy has both Windswept and another Anomaly (say, Burn), triggering the reaction causes Vortex instead of Disorder. Vortex consumes the other Anomaly to deal AoE damage of that element and summons a Cyclone. When any cyclone (small or Sweeping) dissipates, it triggers an Abloom detonation on any enemy affected by Windswept, dealing a massive burst of damage.
How does Norma trigger Chain Attacks without stunning the boss?
Norma builds a resource called Preheated Chamber. She can consume this resource to convert a Quick Assist prompt into a full Chain Attack, completely bypassing the Daze bar.
